Convention Hotel - Ballpark Village

Construction Manager during the design and entitlement phase for a 1,929 key, approximately 2,445,351 sf convention hotel located at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Imperial Avenue in the Ballpark mixed-use district of San Diego, California, steps away from the San Diego Convention Center. Two 500’ tall hotel guest towers sit on a podium base that contains nearly 200,000 SF of convention/meeting space. The project also features five food and beverage outlets, a 10,000 SF Spa, two fitness centers, and four subterranean levels of event space and parking. Soft and hard costs of this monumental project come in at +/-$1.2 Billion. Currently the project is on-hold, but expected to resume in 2010. << Back to Portfolio
