Services Provided

Pre-construction include but are not limited to the coordination of design documents, preparation and monitoring of design performance schedule, assist in selection of consultants, comment on completeness, compliance, and clarity of documents, development of budget, identification of options.

Construction including, but not limited to preparation/monitoring of CPM schedule, represent Client in review and selection of Contractors and vendors. Preparation of contracts, management of documents, conduct weekly progress meetings, maintain records and correspondence, analyze changes in scope of work, manage cash flow, monitor site use and Contractor safety programs.

Project Closeout including correction of incomplete and unsatisfactory work and schedule for its completion or change.   Collect, review, and transmit to the Client and Architect all records, correspondence, as-built drawings, guarantees, final lien releases, bonds and waivers.
