The Lodge at Torrey Pines

Construction Manager for construction of 179 guest rooms, public facilities and site at the five star craftsman style facilities located adjacent to the Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla. Responsibilities included management of Owner’s budget, document coordination during design, contractor negotiations, preparation of contractor agreements, lead role in value engineering process, and day to day administration of project including distribution and management of project schedule, quality control, change order request, payment applications, photographs, submittals, request for information, daily reports/photographs and represented Owner during close-out work and claims. The designer was Newport, California based architects Wimberly, Allison, Tong and Goo. In 2002, The Lodge at Torrey Pines received the Grand Orchid Award for outstanding design and construction execution. << Back to Portfolio
