Construction Manager for structural elements (shell construction) and administration manager of public and guestroom areas of the four star contemporary, thirty-four floor, 511 rooms hotel and 40 condos at the San Diego Ballpark. Responsibilities included document coordination, and day to day administration of project, specifically distribution and management of project schedule, quality control, change order request, payment applications, photographs, submittals, request for information, daily reports/photographs and close-out negotiations.
